Kim Timbol has been in the beauty industry for over 17 years!
As a graduate of the fashion design program at George Brown College and the makeup artistry program, Kim has always had a strong passion for the arts, and keeps up to date with all of the latest trends in all beauty and fashion.
Kim worked at MAC Cosmetics for 14 years and passed all levels of certifications. This allowed her the opportunity to work on many events such as Fashion Cares, Fashion Scares, MMVAS, Galas, television programs, fashion shows, teach lessons, seminars and attend international body painting events.
As a freelance makeup artist, Kim has had the opportunity to be a part of the makeup team for 4 seasons of Toronto Fashion Week. She’s also keyed and directed Canada’s Philippine Fashion Week 2014, heading up the team and creating various looks for the collections and designers. Kim has also worked at major events, like the Much Music Video Awards. She has been in charge of a band’s media tours and their performances, doing both makeup and hair. She’s been able to work alongside some amazing talent, key and assist makeup & hair for music videos and various commercials featuring special guests.
Kim loves all aspects of her craft, whether on set for TV, video, and/or a commercial, primping models for the runway or a shoot, getting that bride feeling ready and beautiful to walk down that aisle. She loves all aspects of her job, works hard, and executes her absolute best in everything she does!
